Information on processing of personal data
In view of the need to ensure adequate protection of your personal data and in
accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU
Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the
processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (Article 13) and
repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the so-called “RODO”, we present the following
information.

Purpose of personal data processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of performing the rental contract,
transport, issuing billing documents and sending electronic messages, as well as for
the performance of other contracts concluded with the Administrator and for the
purpose of charging your credit card – on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO.
Your personal data will be processed on the basis of the consent you have given –
Article 6(1)(a) RODO for the purpose of making offers by the Administrator,
applications to the National Debt Register of the Economic Information Bureau S.A.
or for marketing purposes. If the submission of the aforementioned offers occurs in
connection with the performance of a contract, then the data will be processed on the
basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO.
Your personal data will also be processed on the basis of the Administrator’s
legitimate interest – on the basis of Article 6(1)(RODO), including for the purpose of
handling claims under applicable policies for property brought into the warehouses
and transported by the Administrator.
The period for which your personal data will be stored is calculated based on
the following criteria:
Your personal data will be stored:
– for the duration of the performance of the tenancy agreement until the expiry of the
limitation period for claims arising from the non-performance or improper
performance of the aforementioned agreement
-All data processed for accounting purposes and for taxation reasons will be
processed by the Administrator for 5 years calculated from the end of the calendar
year in which the tax obligation arose. In the situation of the necessity to assert
claims in connection with the non-performance or improper performance of the lease
agreement and thus the necessity to process personal data at the court stage, the
Administrator will be able to store your data until the proceedings have become final,
including the expiry of the right to resume legal proceedings. After the expiry of the
aforementioned periods, the data will be deleted or anonymised
-For the period for which consent has been given, or until an objection has been
lodged or consent to the processing has been withdrawn and, in the case of the
Administrator’s legitimate interest, the data will be stored until it expires
Is it compulsory to provide personal data?
The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion
and execution of the contract, as well as for the use of the online customer panel and
the receipt of offers.
With regard to your personal data, you have the right to:
Requests from the Administrator for access to personal data
Requests from the Administrator for rectification of personal data
Requests for erasure or restriction of processing of personal data
Objection to the processing of personal data
Portability of personal data – under the terms of data protection legislation, including
the EU RODO. To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on
consent you have the right to withdraw it at any time. The withdrawal of consent does
not affect actions that were taken on the basis of the consent given before its
withdrawal.
Lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Your personal data may be transferred to the following entities:
-providing accounting and legal services to the Administrator, entities that are our
subcontractors providing IT and network maintenance services, payment services to
insurance companies, courier and shipping companies or other entities authorised by
law such as courts, law enforcement agencies or bailiffs.
